Many of the past RBC graduates are active in the Lord’s work, whether in the pastorate, or in teaching, in several denominations in Kenya. Many pastors in the IPC have received their training at RBC. Two of our current Faculty members, including the principal, are alumni of RBC. Many of the female students who have passed through RBC, whether in the technical or the theological wing of the school are married to pastors and /or are involved, in one way or the other, in the ministry. These will form the next generation of leaders of the Church to take to the next level in the years to come. We seek to encourage these graduates in all ways possible. We are encouraged ourselves when we visit them from time to time and observe them performing out in the field. Although the College cannot guarantee any position or work for its graduates, yet we expect that the sponsoring churches will be eager to tap the sharpened talents of these RBC graduates. Likewise, it is our expectation that the privately sponsored students will offer their services to their denominations and that the churches will in turn welcome the graduates to their ministries.
